Hello peps,
in this following topics I want to serve you some information regarding Rock Stars IV 2.0 and our development server. As for now you all know that we open the server to public on 1st February, but different to others we open a Beta for you. Means the scripts are still not done yet! Many stuff we did plan are missing or not finished, still we want you to play already so that you can post bug reports. As you all start from zero you all have just your start money and cannot afford much, for that you might start making money already on the duties that are available. We will make still many changes in the upcoming weeks that you might not even notice. Some we might even keep secret until the final release. But so you just yet can already get back into IV:MP we open our Developer Server for you. Please post bugs and stay reminded: SERVER RULES APPLY HERE, any kind of bug abuse, cheating or hacking results into a ban! The ban system is working and will stay implemented the next few years, bans ain't about to refresh.

In IV:MP section on Forum you will find a IV:MP Bug Reports board where you can post tickets.

I'd say there is no changelog since what the scripters did has been written from 0 and has nothing to do with the old server
