You are running the .jar from the command line, you have not stated your Operating System and result of "java -version", i can't help you right now.

It sounds like this program may be having a conflict with something already existing on your computer.

Announcing update 3, possible but not definitive changes/additions:

- Manual selection of chatlog.txt location
- Manual selection of output folder
- Redesigned GUI
- Better error recognition and tracking
