The maximum speed possible in gta sa is 273 km/h.
There are some roads which lower speed, for example strip in LV, road from LS-LV to jefferson(near cardealer), and many more.
Anyway, it would be better to actualy test all vehs in argo with argo speedometer script.

This is a great list, it helped me purchase a 4-door outside the usual Premier/Admiral/Stafford choices that come to mind.

I said i'm based on regular things on flat road,tapping is never prohibited,it can go faster it can go lower,i just give an idea.

Police Maverick top speed? I am pretty sure it is faster than regular maverick.

LSPD/SFPD/LVPD = 177

You have boxville listed twice. You should list the cars in order by speed :)
