In my opinion both the judge and the teenager are wrong. How can he set the bond from 5000 to 10000 based on what? U can hear the judge also saying: "Adios". Why can he do it unpunished and the teenager not?

I bet she'll get the lesson once watched the video (while not being under the influence of whatever shit she took in any case).

The way she said "adios" was some reference to his being Mexican or whatever he is. You could tell that by her voice and body language. I must admit, I laughed hard when he said it back to her though. His face is like "pwnt".
