You know you're wrong if you hide behind your invisible powers you never had in real life. Those who watch me will entirely understand.

Why do I do what I do? Because I know you won't stand someone opposing you. And because you know you can't prove me I'm wrong.

At least 40 more SWAT Officers have been confirmed preparing to enter the shootout zone. They do have the suspect's location confirmed now.

Edit:
News Reporter Prank Called During Shooting (RONNIE THE LIMO DRIVER)

LOL.
Little does the guy know, that is a felony because he just violated FCC and public information laws. Jokes on him when all those cops swarm him next. :P

Edit #2: The LAPD is giving a press statement now.

Edit #3: They are now saying they don't know if the barricaded man is the ex-cop, or just a similar looking man.

Edit #4: The Los Angeles Times is now claiming that the initial shootout lasted 30 minutes. To give you all an idea of how unusual that is, 30 seconds is normally considered an excessively-long shootout. I cannot even imagine 30 minutes worth of it.

Edit #5: KCRA 3 News just stated they have also witnessed military personnel on-scene trying to assist and secure the area.

Your feed is running some of it's information off of mine from KCRA 3, although it seems to be a minute or so behind. Monitoring both now for anything new.

Unfortunately they had to because of the danger.

News teams just spotted an ambulance heading up the mountain, code 3.

Yeah i was watching when they backed off. Been watching NBCLA footage for around an hour now. Seen probably a hundred patrol units, multiple armored trucks, Large command units, some sort of large Cal-Fire unit and a SWAT vehicle towing something that resembled a bobcat covered with armor head up the mountain. They are also searching every vehicle that comes down.

It's getting pretty crazy, I agree. When I saw the recent standoff here in Sacramento at that Jack In The Box, that was the most police I had seen in one area in my life...and I've seen a lot of police action. This dwarfs it easily...and that is an understatement.

Why does it take a whole police force, if not 3 police forces, I mean arn't there other crimes they could be dealing with whilst SWAT and a few other units deal with it?

They wouldn't do all of this if they didn't think it was necessary.

They already covered that. That is why they have police blocking roads and checking every vehicle leaving the area.

Because there could be hostages, and they don't want anyone hurt. That includes police, civilians, and the suspect himself.
