You can aswell send a forum PM towards Pancher over the forums, then Pancher can work on it when he got time. Ingame-managers are mostly busy with their tasks and cannot directly jump into the logs for you.

Hello,

Approximately 3 weeks ago (or maybe more) I reported a player for scamming 15,000$ in Casino. About 1 week later [R*]Pancher replied and told me that the player crashed just when i sent him the money. The day of the reply was Friday or Saturday and Pancher told me if he's not online till Monday i send a new e-mail. I sent him in Tuesday and now It's about 3 weeks and i've got no reply. If anyone can help, i appreciate it.

have u read the argonath law that talks about casino scam its allowed?
even though u have been helped u shall know this to prevent future scams with no refunds, this law doesnt mean that other scamming money ways are allowed
