-The Hagenov Syndicate is estabilished in February 15th 2013 by Arsenii and Colin, they are a group of few people who are known for holding the Los Santos import-export line, that means everything which enters Los Santos must pass by their hands first.
They got the government's tender for cleaning Los Santos twice a day, so you can find their people sweeping arround the city.
Arsenii Hagenov - Is born and raised in Moscow,Russia in a very poor family, Which made Arsenii move from there to San Andreas,exactly in Los Santos where he worked and was a legal citizen.
He was working two shifts,which helped him alot to collect some money and to buy his own sweeping machine.
After 3 years Arsenii opened his own sweeping company with a very few people which one of their names was "Colin".
Colin Hagen -He was born in Plovdiv,Bulgaria.He is coming from a very rich family,his dad used to be Bulgarians president right hand.In the late 80's his father was executed by the Bulgarian mafia called "Apostolov", colin took all of his dad's wealth and ran away in San Andreas. The first three years he didnt work, but after he realised that dad's ""wealth"started to dissapear faster than he thought, he tried to duplicate it by gambling where he lost everything. He applied for a job in LSFD where he was rejected several times.He was very dissapointed drinking his beer in a bar in Los Santos,where he met Arsenii. They shared their history as they shared their numbers too.
Arsenii gave him opportunity to work with him in that sweeping company that Arsenii was about to open.
