I was just wondering, if I buy a drug factory and advertise it on the forums and ingame stating that you can buy and sell your drugs here, is it against the rules?

I remember when people use to rage about FBI "stealing" their 1000g+ Heroin/Weed back in 2009. I think they once took away 10kg heroin gram.
