If you look closey, you can see they use gamemodes like Race to do the busted game, and TDM with the zombie thing. Its done on official multiplayer. I can recall a hack that you can use without being detected online, so that could make stuff easier. So for this kind of stuff you just need motivated ppl. And of course a legal copy of GTA, or else you can't play online.

The server that you see is not dedicated server. And the things they do , does not require something extra, for e.x there is no cop chase mod or such , they just open race mode which is included in Original GTA IV Multiplayer, and everybody just pick which cop car they wish and the criminal one just picks a random car. If you have realized for some ppl it says ".... Enters 1st" which I guess they re using race mode :P They dont have the opportunity other than Original GTA IV Multiplayer offers Some game modes and a bit imagination is enough to have fun such like that community does

That s what I was scared about what to say when u ask it :p but for sure its not dedicated server since chat box of original GTA IV multiplayer yells that its original  // Guess its just free mode. Everybody just pick the same skin and goes on except the forever alone human. Since that server and its little community is taken in through a white-list so they re invited and , ehh u know less trouble with players, there shouldnt be much trouble with preparing these imagined game-modes. ^^

As I know theer cant be more than 8 or 12 players in one team. These guys are like 20 xd

But if not, then yes it should be team deathmatch since all have same colors.. yea probably TDM

I believe Rockstar Games had a zombie event for GTA IV's official multiplayer around Halloween. They may have left the gamemode accessible.

Yes, There can't be more than 10-12 players in any MP mode for Original IV MP. But them zombies, those are in hordes :o

I'm sure if there is a lot of demand newer features and support content from Argonath would be feasible. I can imagine a stunt/"party" server being quite fun with IV, but right now SA:MP's the only one really to venture out on that project. I suppose one major thing pushing it forward over there is the generally large player base its client supports.

Argo used to have an experimental MTA:VC Stunt server years and years ago. It could be easily possible to shift the SA:MP Stunt server to an "Argonath Stunt" sister community and have players open up more stunt servers there. It's just a matter of making it happen, and getting people to join in successfully.

Ahh... definitely, it's not that the idea is a bad one or a definite "no"... who can tell what the future holds?
I suppose it's better to have 1 awesome server with an engaged bunch of players than 3 scattered ones.
I am sure the IV:MP team will be able to drive things forward.

To add to what Sugar's mentioned, we have Paruni, a counterpart of what Argonath has to offer.

No, I'm not talking about a DM/Stunt server. I'm talking about a mission server for GTA IV. Since IV:MP is mostly empty, a mission server would make it very popular! A server where players require zero interaction from others.

There're several of such kind on SA:MP and MTA:SA but none for GTA:IV.

We're not saying a DM/Stunt server or community. We're saying it could be another branch of Argo to experiment with such as separate servers, similar to how Paruni exists for "Argo's" DM servers.

I actually like the idea too. It would be cool for the community to experiment with other ideas in such ways, which could attract more players to all of the communities overall.
