Bio:Ingram Tan was born in a regular family back in Hong Kong, he excels in his studies especially in the subject Science and Math.
Influenced by his grades, he took up an interest on Biology and Health/Medical Science, being able to grasp difficult question for his age, he proved different among his peers.

His interests proved beneficial to his life and towards his surrounding, being able to cure mild injuries and sickness through his knowledge.
Pushed by his lust for knowledge, he decides to progress to college as he had the choice and invited by the college due to achieving several awards back at highschool. Completing college and volunteering any nearby hospitals and clinic, he already cured lots of sickness and injuries through his new license on medicines and his vast knowledge.

After a few year of peaceful and quiet life, a major incident happened, his father was being chased by the Triads for being unable to pay his debts due to his gambling problems, paint was splashed on their house, and neighbours was harassed because of the debts. Ingram couldn't take the harassments anymore, so he decides to offer the triad as a underground doctor,
as it would prevent their injured members from being sent to general hospitals and then caught by the police.

The Triad's Redpoles agreed to what Ingram offered, and in exchange of working with them
the debt his father owes will be cleared. After a few month, the triads soon got wiped out by the Hong Kong Police Department. Fearing that he might be jailed too, he decides to make a run for it.
Moving to San Fierro, he decides to give himself a new name for his new life, Winston, Winston Lee. He only had cash enough for a month, so he decides to take up legal and illegal jobs and help cured neighbourhood people's sickness as a bonus.

Born in Los Santos, his dad was involved in illegal activities, he keeps exercising his profession now, at the age of 84.
While he taught Stivi how to use a gun and keep things low, he couldn't focus on his jobs and was noticed by the police. he used Stivi as a diversion and made him escape to San Fierro. Now, Stivi has to blend in with an organization his dad told him about.
