Hi everyone,
So I don't have access to Photoshop these days, and I am in need of a tiny tiny tiny favor:

This small picture right here:



What I am in need of, is for the red that surrounds the penguin to be removed. That's all. Can't do it with Paint as Paint won't make it transparent
So remember to make it transparent so it becomes empty around the penguin instead of white.. I guess you call it rendering
Hope someone can help me out, as the subject says, this is a quickie

Mate, I appreciate the help, but you forgot to render it... See if you can get rid of the white background, render it


Edit: To those who are giving this a go, it would be nice if you could do one like the above, where it is only the blue there's left, but could you do a second one where you don't remove the effects/black circle that sorrounds it? You know, the inch or two in black around it Would be good to see both. Again, thanks a lot!

Since you seem experienced at this, may I ask what you did to the picture is called? I tried explaining what you did by using words such as transparent, rendering etc. and yet it still seemed confusing.. Wondering what its called what you just did?

I did open paint, and framed picture, then went to Photoshop and removed background. If that is what you needed

I usually open it up in fireworks or photoshop, magic select the red and remove it, transparent canvas, done. Or i just ask Kaylin, she's a goddess with photoshop.

Well yeah 50% of your statements are correct and truths,but my post is correct too,i was about adding the black thingy comment at first,but forgot to put it,and therefor i put it.

I won't provoke any arguments here,your work is great,i love it.
