UPDATE:

Now recruitment will also have cadet rank, Cadet will be like "Trial Members", They will practice and will study while cadet period. They will be trained by Their respective division leaders which they wished to apply and by the Cadet Manager. Cadet Manager is a rank that will train all the cadets on their period and will take care of them, He will also help the Division Leader in the training. Cadet Manager can train all the cadets in any divisions

FAQ

1)Cadet rank will have same management like the other gang's "Trial Members"?
No, Since the other gang's "Trial Member" is just to see how he RP With the team, and based on that, Leaders make Decision, Being promoted or not as a full member is up to you. Leaders dont make decision. Its YOU Who take it. How you take it? Well, By passing all the tests at training, Obeying Your Teachers, Respecting your Superiors, etc.

2) How will be Cadet's training?
Cadet rank will have a limit of 5 days period. In those days, Your Teachers (Division Leader and Cadet Manager) will train and teach ya while you are in the training class. Training class have both theoretical and practic lessons. Theoretical will be such as Rules, What to do in several situations, knowledge about the different Airplanes, etc. You shall memorize them. Practic are testing all you learnt from your teachers, flying tests, take-offs, landings, etc. In your 5th and Final Cadet day, You will recieve a PM From me that includes 11 small questions about all you learnt in your 5 days. This will be your Final Cadet exam. To answer these questions, You can quote, and reply my PM With all the question's answers. Then you should check your PM Box. You will see my reply with your exam results

3) What should the questions be related?
About all you learnt in your cadet period. This will include all theoretical and practic lessons. See, why i said: 'You shall memorize the theoretical lessons' ?

4) I saw your reply with the exam, showing my correct and wrong answers. How you do to say if someone passed or not cadet exam?
How i do? That aint ur business lol joke. Well, If you had 1 to 4 correct, Sorry, You are kicked from the SA Airforce Squad. We dont want bad students in our Squad. If you had 5 to 7 correct answers, You will be extended 2 more days as a cadet, will go to cadet classes again, and you will be able to do other exam*, If you had 8 to 11 correct answers, You passed it, Welcome to the SA Airforce Squad!

* The 2nd exam will be different. The results wont guarantee if you passed or not. We will take your exam, and will check how u did before, since you entered us and based on that, we will have conclusions. If they are good, You are welcome to our Squad. If not, Sorry

5) How to be a Cadet Manager?
Currently, I AM The Cadet Manager, If i need help in future, I will request it. So you cant be a Cadet Manager right now, Sorry

NOTE: We can also promote inmediately to full member all the ppl who are very great RP'ers and have a very good reputation, As other gangs and clans do...

No, squadron leader is just the leader of that particular squadron, byt everyone has a say on things and we will have a look at what they say, every pilot is as important as the leader, thats what i believe
