Hetfield...HistoryJames Alan Hetfield (IG:JamesHetfield. ) is born on 3.August 1963 in California. He started playng drums,but with 14 years he starts playng guitar , like his brother Chris. 1980th Hetfield formed his first band "Obsession" in which played by his friends Ron and Rich Veloz, and Jim Arnold. McGovney was their technician. The lineup soon disbanded Hetfield and Jim Arnold, Chris Arnold founded the second named Syrinx. That also god dissbaned soon.
1981st , James meets another passionate metals named Lars Ulrich, with whom shortly thereafter founded the band Metallica. Their first encounter was not so successful. James thought that Lars can not play the drums, at least not as much as the drummer metal band should. After a few months, Lars called James to record a song for kompliacijski album "Metal Massacre". Their song that was on that album was the first song to unite and Metallica - Hit the Lights. Orginal contained Lars on drums and James on the solo, rhythm and bass guitar, and vocals, though the song was used in the compilation included Lars on drums, Lloyd Grant on guitar, James on vocals, rhythm guitar and Ron on bass guitar. The first band was bassist Ron McGovney left the band to the 1982nd when it was replaced Cliff Burton. After the first demo single, Hit the Lights, the band entered guitarist Dave Mustaine who is the band found through ads in newspapers and bassist Cliff Burton by James and Lars were spotted on one of his previous band gig Trauma. Mustaine was kicked out of the band 1983rd year, when the band went to New York to record their first album, Kill 'Em All. He was expelled for violent behavior and competition with other members of the band. Band Dave buys a bus ticket back home, the band and was replaced by former Exodus guitarist Kirk Hammett.
