Your attitude towards all the players reflects on the attitude they have towards you.
You don't have many friends, try to make them: help a newbie to get a good start, engage in more RP activities and talk to people, this server is not all about money.
You get those bans because you are nervous at a certain point and you just can't control it and you feel the admins don't do enough and you try to do your own justice. Don't think in that way, I was in this situation twice, try to accept more from other players even if they rulebreak.
Don't always think that the one's who rulebreak against you need to be warned/kicked or tempbanned, try to talk to them about their behaviour and if they fail to speak up, use /report. In the end it's just a game, you don't need to have anger and hate towards other, if you get nervous just /q.
This is one of the best servers I played on, even if it has it's injustices, and it will be in my opinion a big loss for you if you leave.
