Adding that the skin was not completed and was left over by Rockstar games, leaving the neck of the skin bugged.

To be clear, it is possible to add the bandanna on virtually any skin just naturally the skin doesn't come with it.

CJ did and still does have a mask when doing burglary missions in GTA:SA but not Ryder, never Ryder.
