Just a few minutes ago, I was kicked from the server for carjacking. Before I begin explaining what happened, please, do not take this as a complaint against the reporter or the admin who kicked me.
I logged on and spawned at The Marko Span (or LS-LV highway as many would call it). I was looking for a car to return back to Los Santos. Then, I spotted Luca_Soprano at the weed spot, who had a Buffalo parked near him. He was holding a katana, standing at the weed spot. I'm not sure if he's growing weed or just idling there. So, I went forward to steal the car (grand theft auto), and drove it away. Luca_Soprano responded by firing some rounds at the car. Luckily, I escaped. Then, heading towards an intersection at Red County, I was frozen by [WS]Battle_Verenzas. Shortly after, the message of 'Server closed the connection.' was shown to me.
I logged back on and inquired what [WS]Battle_Verenzas might need from me. I thought I lost connection to the server, instead of thinking that I got a kick. He then replied that I was kicked for carjacking. I realized Luca_Soprano had reported me (I mean, who else?). I explained my side of the story, which is I what said above. However, he clarified that he didn't have the ability to check everything to prove that my story was true. That, I understand. Hence, I created this topic, hoping that someone would clear my undeserved punishment from the panel. I do not blame Luca_Soprano, he is a player who joined on the 1st of December, 2012. Obviously, carjacking may not be fully understood by him.
