Ok i was patrolling around los santos and i recieved a call from a guy that told me that there were a drug deal in rodeo area,so i went there and i recieved a call from anther guy that wanted to kill me (and i dont know why) but lets ignore this,i was busy irl so i go in my car because i wanted to leave the game at the pd so that i could respawn at pd tomorrow, but suddendly all the 20 "drug dealers" started runnig to me and shooting with all their cannons to me. so i wanted to report the dm but i couldnt because i would get killed. Now, im on a mac and i have a mac keyboard with the numerical pad,i pressed for error while trying to dont get killed the apple+space+e key which i edited with a key remapper for mac (and worked on bootcamp )that caused the computer to shut down all the operations and shut down the computer itself.
after a couple of minutes i restarted the computer and came back so i got killed on sight without even they saying a word. they were 20 so: /report pincopallino dm /report pincopallo dm
And suddendly zazamm tempbanned for /q to avoid being killed and "false report".
Could the admin kindly explain why did he punished me instead the mass dmers?.
But now lets talk seriosly, people are you joking? 20 against 1? i didnt even suspected you.
regards,Miller786

They called you for a drug deal at rodeo, there you got a call from someone that wanted to kill you,you gone at pd to log off and 20 people faced up to kill you.
I can't say that's a RP way with the phone that they warned you or something,Instead of treating you when they meet you that "20" they should talk to you. But that's DM,They didn't have any RP reason to kill you. Prank Calling,Kill treat,Killed. Is that logic? Also,if you have complaints about the admin first contact him and if you still haven't changed mind report it at [email protected]

The only difference between you using a custom mapped button to kill the process and typing /q is that what you did was a fully ban able offence seeing as it is technically a macro.

Even if they were going to kill you,you didn't have to do rulebreak on rulebreak. What i mean? You see them facing you,you imagine probably and from the treats that they are going to kill you and instead of staying there and take the right advantage and proof you /q That's what i mean rulebreak on rulebreak

A mapped "kill" key will not protect your computer from viruses, nor will you likely know when you have one. You need Anti-Virus protection for that. A quick "kill" key will not stop even the most basic viruses from running. Once they get on your system, most of the time they self-replicate if deleted. They also attach to other system areas so that if you kill them, they will restart automatically, even without you knowing it. I would highly recommend removing that mapped key and getting security software on your computer, both in the Mac OS part, and in your BootCamp'ed copy of Windows.

Not a problem. :)

Just remember...no computer is safe from malicious software and hackers. That is a common misconception with Mac computers because they used to hold a very small share of the market, so they weren't attacked very often compared to Windows-based PC's, which hold a very large share of it.

Once you approach the suspects, if you then decide to run away being outmanned, the suspects can still chase and take you out.
Even though I must admit I don't agree with this, since the main aim of a suspect is trying to escape from the police and not hunt them down

Technically them hunting down a cop would only be valid if they were defending a specific location and are trying to flee. Any other scenario would be just plain DM since they should be trying to escape, as you mentioned.

Hello I'm the one who called you, as I knew you'd acuse us of mass DM I contact the admin that punished you (Chris) and informed him about what's going to happen, and confirmed with him what I'll tell you, and he approved it's not DM; What happened was: I was a suspect at RC, after stopping you kept shooting at me, and you verbally assulted me, so I told you "You'll pay for this" and you said "Yeah Yeah I'm scared" (1st indiciation), after spending my time in jail, I hired some hitmen, and just incase that's not enough RP, I made a hit contract, and so we wanted to bait you to the area, so one of us called you comming up with the story of the drug deal in rodeo, and we finally got you in the area, before a single bullet was shot, I called you and told you you'll pay for jailing me and abusing me, and then we started shooting, incase that was not enough for you, I sent you an SMS while running telling you the reason we're shooting you for. Now some mircal happened as you /q'ed right before dying... and so we waited for you to come back, when you came back we finished the RP and finished you off. And since you reported us acusing of DM you received that tempban. My whole story can be confirmed checking the logs, neither me, nor the hitmen, nor Chris did anything wrong, infact you're the one that showed multiple wrong doings from /qing to aviod death, /qing to avoid RP, and falsly reporting. Now I agree to have the logs checked and incase it was proven I DMed you I agree to receive a punishment. Otherwise you might wanna stop acusing hard working admins, and loyal players that follow server rules and try to inforce them, before getting your facts stright.
