The US owes Japan and China a lot of money; consequently, they won't go to war with the US.

Russia has no interest in starting a war with the US because of North Korea because there is no way to profit from such a war.

NK's threats are merely a PR campaign within NK that is aimed at strengthening their current leader's cult of personality.
