There haven't been any official statement yet and people shout "DON'T LEAVE GANDALF" already - rhat's just sick and unneeded. Gandalf and Aragorn got most likely twice the life experience as most of the players on here and have enough to pay attention to in real life. I mean, how much people got a serious job, kids and even a wife (maybe the hardest thing ;P) to take care off.

Gandalf and Aragorn have been very important to Argonath and will always stay an icon of this community I bet. But if they decide to leave their activities on here, which they haven't even said yet, it doesn't mean they can't be replaced with other quality people.

And just saying, sometimes it's really good to have a fresh look on something you worked hard on. It will improve the quality of the product - in this case 'Argonath RPG' as a community.

But hey, what about we wait till April the 1st?

What about the costs to run the server? 
I mean if Aragorn and Gandalf were to step down would they still actually be paying for it's up-keep or would that now fall on whoever is placed to take-over (if it happens).

It's one hell of a responsibility for anyone and a major commitment.

I don't really think so. Atleast doesn't make any sense to me. With great power comes great responsibility; to keep the servers up and running.
