Very weird sound problem

Couple days ago I noticed that my PC sound is pretty weak, but not all sounds. If I'm playing GTA and shooting in example, I hear it very good, or if car passes near me I hear it's engine perfectly. But when I enter car I don't hear my engine nor horning, also when I exit car I hear my sound very weak. This happens while watching YouTube videos too.

Anyone knows the solution?

No, just reinstalled my GTA and still got it

Is this problem only with SAMP? Does single player work fine? Do other games work fine?

I don't know about youtube videos but I had this a while ago and although I never actually bothered to fix it, I believe getting a clean install will fix it. You could try installing the game in another drive and checking.

Other games works fine but I noticed that my sound is weird it's "changing" first I can hear it good but after 2 seconds I hear it as weak, this is for utube videos, but I guess it's happening because my GTA is turned on.

Maybe the problem is with my GTA crack or gta3.img. I will try to do what Jelly said
