A new pc and i need help

So hi guys i have a new pc and now problem with vcmp when im turn off vcmp i got a spam error error says acees violation at address 004d023a in modle vcmp.exe can somebody help

It's not really something you need to worry about. I close VCMP by ending the process via taskbar which bypasses it but there are other ways as well.

Its just before im reintsall  windows xp in this pc  vcmp work good

Use VRocker's VC:MP Server Browser, or set your compatibility on the current one to Windows 98/ME and copy your GTA:VC settings file over from "C:\Users\<Your Account Name>\Documents\GTA Vice City User Files\" to "C:\Users\Public\Documents\GTA Vice City User Files\". Either fix will work, as this is a Windows Vista and higher compatibility bug. SA:MP used to get it too, but they fixed it in a later version, which means it's just old code in the Server Browser itself.
