Is this mod allowed?

i got a new skin for the cargobob, its a chinook now.
However this skin gives you the possibility to stand inside... Is this allowed or can you have it if you dont walk inside?

if you only use the DFF file (if I am correct) It will change the skin, meaning it does not give advatanges, meaning it is allowed then. Thats what I always got told

Yes but if you only use the textures and not the physics it is allowed, right?
Since i cant run in the back anymore with only having the textures.
