He is a gangsta in his best years. He was born in Las Venturas, but after his dad got demoted, they moved to Los Santos.
He doesn't want to go back to Las Venturas, because he feels this is not the right place for him.
When the family was on the roll again, His parents moved to Las Venturas. Andre stood here in Los Santos.

When he first got involved in criminal actions, he got ripped off by his parents badly. He was only 14,
when he blew up the corner store next to their house. From that time, he has been involved in many smaller & bigger
criminal activities, from stealing gum to doing a small bank robbery in San Fierro. Andre first held a gun at age 17,
shortly after his parents left to LV, his house became a crack hood. While beating up a drug dealer, his mate threw
him a weapon Desert Eagle. He was shot in 1990, shortly after that he got arrested. His time in jail is over & he is
back on streets of Los Santos.
