You really don't need a cleo mod for this, you can do all of this in camhack.

Cons; you need to start it up. You can press a button by accident and fuck up your screen. Isn't it better to have a mod thats integrated into the game, you just press a button to start it.

Just read Gandalf's post about mods again and remember, it is entirely your responsibility so before using make sure you get no advantage whatsoever. If anyone knows of any advantages this gives, or discovers one, please do the kind thing and say so here so no one gets into trouble.

this first person mod + this "enterable hotdog van" mod http://www.gtagarage.com/mods/show.php?id=16141 would let my hotdogsellingdreams come true 

I will warn you here, because for this mod (hotdog van mod) you need CLEO to install its interior, and that would give you advantage over other players since nobody can shoot you inside I believe, same as yacht mod with interior.

Any mod which allows you to enter a vehicle/item should never be used online as it will give you an advantage over other players.
