Stranger to regular was 2 days I think.
Regular to Veteran is 21 days.

That's all I know.

Forum profile > Profile info > Show stats > your activity.

Ranks are based on how much time you've spent online on forum.
Regular - 2 days, two hours.
Veteran - 20 days, 20 hours.
Hero - 41 days, 20 hours.
Orc - 81 days, 20 hours(?).

To see how much you've spend:
 Forum profile > Profile info > Show stats > Total time logged in.

Answer given, should be locked.

Wait, So Basically I have to Log in and spend 2 Hours for Two Das to be Considered a Regular?

You should be browsing the forum actively for 50 hours (according to Aca) to be considered a regular.
Just logging in and ALT+TAB won't work.

If you are afk on page more than 5 minutes you won't get that time added to forum stats

False. It's 29 minutes, after that your logged in time will not be counted.
