GTA SA : Spawn Bug

Hey!

Everytime i log into Argonath RPG (San Andreas), i spawn at the Airport. i tried /spawnreset at different locations, but it still didn't work.

I told the admins about this problem.

One of them told me to press F4 and /kill #FAIL

One Told Me not to Log in Before the Dancing Kurt Cobain. But It takes too long for that screen to appear. And when i Does, Server Timed Out. #FAIL

I hope you look into this problem and fix it as soon as possible.

If you log in before the dancing guy, yes you will spawn at the airport. I doubt there is any way to fix this from the server side. The problem is your internet connection

It sounds more like a connection fault on your side if the connection times out before you even see the login screen.
This can be caused by a high ping, or simply a garbage connection.

Oh. Cause I had Subscribed to 12mb/ps. Ohh These Rascals!

If the pop-up that prompts you to log-in appears before the 'dancing Kurt Cobain', press ESC. The 'dancing Kurt Cobain' would then appear along with the pop-up again.

There is a way to fix that, you simply make a first password attemp wrong, and the dancing guy will appear

Yup i got a Fix! If I press Exit, Dancing Kurt Cobain will Apear a Dialogue Box will appear asking if you really want to exit. Then click no and Enter your password!

So its not my Internet Connection?

It's partially due to your internet connection, and partially due to the login system which doesn't work well with high latency.
But seeing as you have a solution I would say this is solved.

When joining the server, you will be promoted to the login screen while still looking at Verona Beach, choose exit. Once you got the warning message, click no. You'll be promoted to the login screen.

Although you fixed this bug,
I wish to make this issue clear to be understood and fixed.

Ignore this message, if this problem is related to other factors
different than the one I am going to mention.

Most likely, it depends on the way you disconnect from the server.
There are, actually, two different methods to disconnect.
1. By game menu, selecting the last option "Quit the game".
2. By "/Q" command, which I suggest.

Indeed, the second solution makes the server save your last
informations, including your last known location before the disconnection.

If someone might need a similar help, try this out and tell us
whether it works.

Ok! But now the problem has been fixed...I don't even need to use the other suggestions of clicking exit game and then say no.. It loads automatically now..

Look when you got the password box type the 1st password wrong
and wait till you reach the dancing Kurt then log in.
