Flow of drugs

The rise of the big drug cartels is storming the region of San Andreas. With the newly formed Lucianos and Sopranos conquering the illegal drug industry, the San Andreas Police Department are struggeling to keep them under control.

Not only the Police department are having issues handling these criminals in a respective manner. The citizens of Los Santos, San Fierro, Las Venturas and the counties are desperate for a solution. “Something has to be done. Quick.” said [WS]Dolfa, a designated officer of the San Andreas Police Department.   ÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â€šÂ¬Ã…“The new law protects the drug dealer, not the innocent citizen of San Andreas that are issued with warrants for search frequently” he continued.

After the new drug law was implanted by the government of Argonath, the police has encountered many new problems. Dividing between legal and illegal use is one of them. There is also a lot harder to notice when someone purchases illegal narcotics.

The Emergency Medical Services has also encountered a lot of new problems with this new law. The liberalization of the narcotics law makes the situation much harder. Over 35% of all motor vehicle accidents are associated with drugs and alcohol. “ After questioning the EMS unit for a while, he came to the conclusion that narcotics should be legalized fully. “

By interest, I wanted to view this casee from another angle. I contacted an ex- drug dealer that wanted to stay anonymous.

The anonymous ex- drug dealer admits he was affiliated to the well known Sforza family from Vice City. “I used to work with the Sforza family, getting drugs with and for them, but that was a few years ago” he said over the phone. “It is a lot harder to be standing alone than to be backed up by a big organization.” He continued.

Another contact of mine, a current drug dealer, affiliated to one of the well-known cartels in San Andreas. His organization sells a kilogram of narcotics a day, - “on a bad day, of course.” He adds. After questioning him if he has any problems with the cops, he denies it. “No, they mind everything else.”

ABBA-movement?

San Andreas is a multicultural society, where the majority seems to be from Europe. One of the major groups of these European ethnical sub-groups is the Swedes. Swedes are from the north of Europe, on the Scandinavian Peninsula. In interest of knowing more, we contacted one of the “chiefs” in the Swedish tribe identified as the “Svenssons”.

I questioned him about integration, and he said without doubt that he had never tried to be integrated in the multicultural society of San Andreas.

“I do talk to other people, but I prefer Swedes.” The Chief, Al Svensson said over the phone. “I don’t have a job, but I work on the farm for my family.”

The Svenssons are to be found in Flint County, near the intersection bringing you to Los Santos.

An accident goes for $500 - $1000

A devastated paramedic called me. He was frustrated over the lack of respect and the intolerance over the EMS. “The Police is the only public sector that receives funds. We got nothing. “ says a rather disappointed EMS unit, Mark Hansley. He has been serving the EMS loyally for about seven months. With him is Alex Foley, a new apprentice.

Mark took the opportunity to learn Foley “the steps to success” within the EMS. Together they are patrolling. They both agree that the attention the EMS gets is way too low. “The SAFD Commissioner doesn’t know what he is doing. We want a separation from the Fire Department to solve our own problems.” Mark adds to the conversation.

“More respect to the paramedics would increase the activity” a rather disappointed Foley adds. “There is nothing to do. We have no work except the few missions we have been given. The citizen needs to wake up! We are here.” He continues.

They both agree on the fact that governmental support is not necessarily needed. A moral change is enough. “We rarely get any calls. In the situation of boredom, we pay people to have chest pains.” By information of the two units, a usual “accident” goes for $500 - $1000. Depends on how bored they are.

People also seem to be negative in general towards the EMS. Both EMS units agrees on the fact that their work is underrated. “People jump in and demand to be fixed, yet, we would like to do it good, not a “quick fix” as I like to call it”.

The Fire Department seems to get a lot of the blame of this current situation. “They definitely need a re-formation. The leader is in town five times a year, and there is no discipline. The firemen are mostly on Police duty, so there are none to put out the fires, except inexperienced firemen.

“FUCK NO! He just cancelled… I paid $500” Mark shouts after standing stand-by for a while.

Argobank attempted robbed by gangster

22:30 the Los Santos Police received a call of a bank robbery performed by an independent gangster identified as Darryl Kingston. Darryl is affiliated to the Grove Street gang, wearing green clothes.

An employee in the bank was shot and nearly killed in the critical episode in the well-known Argobank in Commerce, Los Santos. The employee, Josh Franks, was shot in his head. His stance is still critical.

SWAT, FBI and SAPD arrived quick to the scene, and it could have gone much worse. “When SWAT, FBI and the SAPD cooperate, things come together” said a rather proud FBI Agent, [WS]Jacob after the situation was over.

The robber didn’t get away with any money, yet, a life may be on his conscious.

The employee that was shot by the suspected robber was taken care of by the EMS.
