I believe this is due to certain ENB or colormods.

It's SA:MP recolorer. The one for 0.3x isn't released officially yet. Although I have the one for 0.3x, maybe I can provide a link if I have time.

I changed colors to my favourite afre i choise where is my samp.dll after i press ''Speichem'' . IT show a window : "samp.dll erfogleich aktualistier" ??
When i join colors are same like before -.-

samp.dll is succesfully updated . This is translation but I cant see blue hal in game :/
