So, first of all I will start by telling that I know about the ownership losing becouse of 3 months inactivity...

Now, I'm unsure if I was really inactive 3 months, so I hope you guys could check it and prove it maybe.

You need to enter it with-in three months. If you just logged in and never entered it, then yeah, that's the reason.

The above is correct; you last entered your home on the 2nd February which would have made it eligible for sale any time after the 2nd May.
