Setting the hit

Question is simple, are admins allowed to give cops/officers etc. information about hit?

Example:  ID1 sets hit on ID2 for $1000. ID3 accepts the hit.  (Only admin can see who set and who accepted the hit)
ID3 pretends that he never accepted the hit, and offers protection to ID2 to get easier access to his target. Meanwhile cops are taking ID2 in custody for his protection and ID3 is with ID2 in a car. They bring you up to PD and start questioning. Then after ID3 denies he accepted the hit (RPly) cops get admin information and suspect/jail ID3.

Are admins allowed to do this? In my opinion they shouldn't be, cops should get that information RPly and not scriptwisely and it doesn't even make sense.

It shouldn't.

The person who has a hit on him knows that, so he could always just call the police.

<sup>Administrators are not authorized to issue informations about an hitman contract.
The reason is simple, if we issued such informations, that action would interfer with the roleplay in progress between (within the example you gave) ID:1, 2 and 3.

Administrators are entitled to investigate the hitman contract's validity, if there is a reason behind it, nothing else.

In the example you mentioned, the officer HAS NOT TO request information about a contract from the administration. Likewise, the administrator HAS NOT to reveal the hitman's identity.</sup>

Please do remember that this is an open forum and anyone may answer.

On-topic: iMarkz pretty much covers it. Administrators check whether the hit is valid and allowed, but cannot disclose any information about the hitman to the target or police.

Oh, well thanks for explanation however, I was in situation where police officer gave me screenshot from an admin and where it can be seen how admin gave information to cop. This can be closed i suppose.
