RS5 starting should be equal for everybody. Maybe what i think is that official groups and clan can keep just their HQ and 1 business

Maybe because those at the "top" worked hard to get to where they are or simply got lucky in a lotto/gambling lol.
It might all change once RS5 comes around they could end up doing it all over again, thus giving EVERYONE a chance to purchase the good properties on the server.

I've been without money for like a year on Argonath before grabbing my opportunity, afterwards I've spent over 2 years in Stracci before actually achieving something and getting my hands on exclusive mansion that NitrOx used as HQ since late 2007. So yeah, most of us didn't just sit on a bench with hobo skin on believing we'll get our hands on exclusive shit.

Hey everyone

 After browsing the Argonath Heritage List topic in RS5 section, i noticed how many demands are there: houses and businesses, owned by different players. But there's something which i find really annoying and disturbing, which is that many properties were -and still are- a dream of various players which want these really bad, sooner or later, but some owners still "resist" and don't want to understand the meaning of a word called "change", they just want to keep these properties with force, they refuse all offers to sell and even to think about it. This is something which i compare to dictatorship IRL, a dictator who only wants to keep the chair and is ready to sacrifice his life to stay on it and prevent others -who deserve- to reach it.

 Now i'm not talking about specific players or groups, but more generally. Why shouldn't be the reset (if there is one) total and pure? Why shouldn't the chance be given to new and even regular players to buy diffrent properties which they dreamed about not for days, not for months but even for years. Seriously, when i hang out in thre whole SA map, all i see is that a group owns this kind of business in different towns, a clan owns a bunch of houses in different neighbours...etc, while the rest of players own properties which i'm sure, not all of them are 100% happy to own it, but it's the only choice they have.

 Some of you may point to me personally: "Why don't you talk about yourself? your house? your business?". Let me clear out something, it's true i love my house which i own since 2008, my business which i own since years, but when it comes to a reset, a full reset, if i loose it to someone else, it's not the end of life, you can't change destiny, infact you have to accept change. Maybe if you loose this house, you'll get a better one. Look at many players: new and regular will be happy when they see this house unowned, this business unowned,  this property which they never thought it'll be available for them to buy.

 It is true that some properties are better kept by their owners, such as headquarters (i.e. Mafias HQ...and so on) but this doesn't apply on all kinds.

- I believe in change, in properties which have new owners, in happy players for realising their dream of owning a specific house or business.
- I feel my self very courageous and brave to open such a "sensitive" topic about properties in Argonath RPG.
- I am not being hateful to specific people or looking for my or someone's good.

True, Kaslu. People offered millions and the only answer they got is: "No, it's not for sale"  or they just give an impossible price just to block the propery from being sold to someone else.

Bone County Ammu-Nation that's currently owned by Gvardia was once sold for 2m by Danny Stracci and once by Warren for somewhere near 4m. Fort Carson Ammu-Nation was on auction and was sold for 3.5m. Blueberry Ammu-Nation was sold by Sforza.
