There's a difference in giving opinion, and being a wiseguy.

I don't care how many ammu you have on RS4, i care how many you will have on Rs5, RS5 was also planed to give players a equal starting.
So if you "Gvardia" think that you should keep assest, just because you are official you are wrong. If you are so big as you say, show it starting from cero again, like all other non official mafias and clans will do.

I'm just suggesting that keeping the HQ and 1 business for the mafia is better than starting from 0 to you...

It doesn't matter are we talking about RS4 or RS5 or RS1, it always ends up with the same result after a while.

Its not up to us to show what we're capable of, we did that by making a big business empire of 'dominating and monopoly' as you called it, its up to others to show what they are capable of, like we did when we started from nothing and made all of it.
No ones stopping you or anyone else to enter the 'Market race' and try taking over any business spheres in this game. Its all on your will, dedication, and approach. But don't expect to earn it easier then everyone else before you.

Yes that's right Gvardia got never down by admins, just by the entire Argonath HQ for 6 months, and we were still operating and running our show.

I don't want to discuss anything more. But i have a clear example of adventage for Gvardia.
  You were inactive some months ago. I noticed your inactive on ArgoPanel. Everyday i went for Gvardia Ammu and Gvardia Residence to see if it got unset so i could buy it. After 2 weeks i look at the owner and was the name of admin "holding for Gvardia". As i know when you get inactive for 3 months your business and house get sold. But not this time, admin unset it and keep it just because you are "Gvardia".

If an owner is inactive for 3 months, they lose it.

First of all;

-There's a thing called 'Group's property"  its older then Gvardia, and it has been done over 23542352 times before Gvardia did it.
In simple words when a group loses their primary properties cause of a single member inactivity, they have a right to claim it back, since it didn't belong to the player as a private property of his, yet to the group itself.

Second of all;

You could have seen the same scenario for Corleone (Both Hq and some top properties in the past), Ancelotti (With Avispa), Stracci(With most of their AmmuNations), Araatus(Araatus Complex), and many many more.

So the "just because you are Gvardia" is not only untrue, but a rude and provocative statement to make us look bad and protected by admins while in fact, there wasn't a group in Argonath's history that had so much pressure on it by the entire Argonath HQ not just Admins, as much as Gvardia did.

And if you dont belive me ask Gandalf and the rest of them yourself.

Funny you actually state Gvardia. Gvardia is the only mafia who has been more active than inactive from the day it was created 'till today. But then again, other than Ancelotti and Gvardia, other mafias don't have anything to lose.

Corleone Mafia has Corleone Mansion. IMO one of the best houses in SA.

Exactly, full reset, everyone starts off with 10k, go work for your damn money, I don't see the point in people just hoarding businesses and homes for years on end, kind of like how people hoard tons of loot on Argo MC and refuse to PVP so that they don't lose any of it, rendering it all just pointless loot, people should have businesses for RP, not for money. :roll:

It's a game and everything, but when you think of time and everything else you put in to it to get 10 or more millions for that particular house, then losing it and seeing someone get more lucky than you getting the value money, completely burying your hopes on getting that house again has a certain demotivating effect.

Easily. For example, Gvardia will sure as heck get as much money as possible, then pool all the money into their HQ/other valuable assets. Others can intercept them doing the very same.
