As far as all accounts being reset, if the community is not informed about this VERY important issue LONG before Rockstars 5.0 is released, This will give a lot of players that final reason they're looking for to quit SA:MP and get back to their real lives, like me. Many of us have spent YEARS playing off and on, building up our homes, cars, and businesses, and we're just down-right bored. I'm sure I speak for everyone when I say:  None of us want to rebuild everything we earned on Argonath.  SA:MP is dying fast anyway.  Look for yourself - there are 5000+ servers, and only a handful of them have regular players every day, and some of those servers only have 5-10 players a day.  Also, with GTA5 coming up and the possible new team taking over IV:MP(ask me for details), Everyone will have their mind occupied with much more modern gaming applications.

My opinion is: no news means good news.  So I doubt that any accounts will be reset with RS5.  I *hope* that RS5 will only ehnance the existing Argonath experience and add more scripted activities, such as more jobs, more scripted missions for each job, and many more ways to make money with your businesses. But all if this is just my educated guessing, so lets just hope that Argonath's scripters give us s lot more fun to keep us occupied so that it can still compete with the newer, MUCH-more impressive online games.

Being bored is one of the things we need to address. Players leave or start to troll/DM because of no longer having a challenge instead of doing good.

In case of a reset we are aware many semi-active and inactive players will not renew their efforts. They will be replaced by new players who might have that energy. Some old players will leave, however I feel that meeting friends is more important as non-existing valuables that as you know have zero RL worth on Argonath.

As for new games, we are active on IV (and have some suggestions for the devs outside of coding)  and will be working on new things as well.
Games may change but as a community we are able to change the games we play.
