Games lag when you use the mouse

I've been having issues with this ever since my CPU was starting to have problems (overheating, I fixed that with new thermal paste). But for some odd reason when I play games like Battlefield: Bad Company 2, Minecraft, Counter-Strike: Source, or hell.. even original CS 1.6 whenever I use the mouse it causes a graphic lag.

However, I played GTA IV Episodes from Liberty City for hours without any issues whatsoever. Fallout New Vegas works fine, Fallout 3 works fine too.

This is exactly what I have, without that sound stutter.

Would like to have this fixed ASAP.


Computer Specs:
Intel Core2Quad 2.66GHz, 320GB Hard-Drive, 4GB RAM, GeForce GTX460 1GB. The graphic drivers is already up to date, I ran Defrag and CCleaner, and I'm working on virus scanning right now.

i think the game is freezing because graphics are on high try to find on web a inicialization code for Tf2  my pc specs are lower then yours and i play it in hd

All the games were working just fine, especially the Source games. I'm able to run them on high settings with no issues, until now.

Tried different USB ports?
If there is a driver for the mouse try re-installing
Also if the GPU is dusty clean it too
