Of course it's lagging. Don't expect to be running a server with that rig. :>
Tbh I'd prefer a good old arma 2 dayz server over arma 3.

Just because the game is cool or awesome, doesn't mean that Argonath should have a server, not everyone is ready for an Alpha game which is still in developing and testing mode. Just open a server hosted from your home, and invite some friends.
