I'de like to think we are too civilized today to even bother testing biological war, if countries go to war, it's because of their governments, not because of the millions of innocent civilians that will be affected, if I were the leader of a country going to war, I would not even touch anything biological warfare related, if you do it to one country, you're going to get it in return, no matter how much you screw the attacked country over, they will match your technology and drop it all on you like a sack of bricks, if the US nuked Russia, what do you think Russia would do back? Nuke them of course, biological warfare would not doom just the countries in war, but it would eventually spread the disease and kill us all, it's just not worth the clean up afterwards, why would you want a zombie apocalypse to happen for some reason? I mean whats fun about your family, friends and innocent strangers being eaten alive by a brainwash bath salt eating skeleton, nothing at all, if any country is even caught testing biological weapons, their government should be wiped clean off the map, I highly doubt that nobody is testing it, of course countries like the US will always been trying to find the next best weapon, which will probably back fire alot, like when the US attached flammable liquid and a small explosive charge to about 1,000 bats, the bats would fly in and nest in the wooden buildings of Japan at the time, where they would then explode setting everything on fire, before the US could launch it's plot, the bats escaped, and set a whole airbase on fire, this is a completely true story, and a similar thing would end up happening with such biological experiments, it's not worth dooming the whole human race and/or risking the 'weapon' getting out in your own country, I'de hope no countries are testing any of this shit at all, not that it's actually possible, as science has already proven, there is no currently known way to take over the human mind and make it's only use to move and eat other people, and I'm thankful for that, we all know one certain country *cough* US *cough* would try it out.
