sigh, problems with screenshots and Dming cops

Hey Guys, i dont know if this is the right spot to be posting but i didint come accross another report page, so anywho i was being the friendly medic untill they acted like idiots then ultra idiot dmcop of doom came out of nowhere

Included is the chatlog, at the end is where he dm'ed me, i took screens of him abusing his powers and dming me but they didint save, can someone tell me how to fix it so this shit dosint happen again.
