Do you have SA Cars Update mod installed? If so, delete it. It doesn't work perfectly with SAMP.

It has nothing to do with mods, it's a SAMP bug and sometimes they just look like that. Just keep relogging until it's fixed mate.

This happens with and without the ENB. And Vitoo i tried and sometimes it gets fixed but then the bug appears on another vehicle :S
