I don't know who's idea it was but the black and brown colours are unreadable and sucks.
I suggest changing it back to yellow or any other readable colour.

i was thinking about '' RED '' like blood and criminal colour ,if the administrator team change their nickname's to another colour it'll usefull RED colour much more attractive for criminals.

You got it wrong, VC-MP is not using colors for admins, neither for suspects. Only way to check suspect list is by typing in /c wanted.

I think the reason aXXo/Storm changed the colours on the old server was to make them more bright, so I'm assuming it will remain very similar to how it was before.

SA:MP doesn't use red for suspects either...

I am guessing he was talking about Admin colours.

Well at the moment we're using brown(?) or some shade of dark orange.

Changing the chat colours is fairly easily done so if people really want it changed that much I guess either axxo or storm will do it.

Yeah, I'm thinking it will be changed back to the brighter shade than what it is now.
Altogether makes things look a lot more fresh nywayz. : )
