SA:MP Admin Reform August 2013.

Since May of this year we have been reviewing the current admin team; performance and conduct have been checked as well as activity and within the next 24 hours the admin reform will be complete.

Many admins will be leaving the team during this time but it should be noted that none of the existing team are being removed because we consider them to be poor admins; in most cases it is a matter of activity and with the rest it is down to the very high expectations we have, this means that those who remain are admins who are active, professional, conscientious, knowledgeable, experienced and diligent.

When the reform is complete we will assess the need for new staff and we may then consider recruitment; if you decide to apply, or have already applied, note that we have raised the standard even higher by undergoing this process and you will be expected to meet that standard if you wish to join the team.

I hardly received a complain, yet it seems that NOTIFIED inactivity is such a big problem.. why not removed the inactive manages and inactive community leaders also?
They're inactive for up to a year.. even more..
If you only fire/kick the admins and moderators, I have serious doubt about this system, and the HQ..
