It's not a secret that some managers and CLs are inactive. Though you not only point out this matter but also you have been recenty moaning about your dismissal. Try to be above all this and accept the decision with your head up high....

However, how you are acting is up to you. I won't force you to change, you've got your own brain.

To those who have been fired in the past, and to those who might experience it in the future.

As humans we tend to overlook our own faults, and move responsibility away. Unfortunately current society fully supports this by training people not to make decisions and giving them opportunity to find other culprits as them selves.

If you get warned or fired it is vey easy to shoot in defense mode and find others who in your eyes performed worse and were not fired or reprimanded. You may question the ability of leaders to see all, especially if you believe they do not have the activirty required to see the errors you believe to have seen in others.
When you do this you over look one very important factor. What happened is addressed to you, and has no relation to what others did or do. Instead of looking at faults of any other and convincing yourself you were treated unfair, look in the mirror. Let the reasons given to warn or fire you sound in your head, and try to find acceptance of them. Then see if there is a way you can overcome these reasons, if you wish to work towards a return. Or accept them and play without having the extra burden of having to protect the  server.

We are aware that nobody that was fired has ever purposely tried to mess things up, though some got so embroiled in anger they did so after being fired.
Every player who was part of the team did so to help out the server, and has tried to do their very best in whatever way they believed to be good.
Someone getting fired because of behaviour there for is a failure of the leaders. Even if they did their best to keep someone within the lines of admin work they might fail, and it would never be a success to have to release someone from their duties.

However reasons vary. First of all apart from owners we can not expect our members to keep interest in the same game for ever. Players grow, their lives change and that comes with change in time spent on games in general. Thet is nothing unusual, and it is up to us to ensure enough new blood is coming in to replace the old.
Another thing is that most players are in an age where their character undegoes many changes. There may be times they suddenly wish to oppose authority and create havoc, even if they are aware it may cost them. If it costs them in our community, we always hope they learn something from it in real life. After all if you mess up here its not really a big thing, but if you mess up as much in real life it will haunt you for the rest of it.

The first step towards improvement is acceptance.
