If one is unaware of the full situation I would advise against trying to turn this topic into a discussion about as to why an administrator was relieved of his duties within the community.

All im trying to say is - it's easy to speak when you're not negatively affected by the changes, on-going events and so on.

It is easy to judge when these changes don't affect you. I'm kinda laughing my ass off while reading some of the posts made by the admins that managed to claim their title through the reformation. You're all saying how we should appreciate that HQ has got rid off inactive staff and that if they did it they did it with a good reason. But I am more than one hundred percent sure that if you were to be in the situation Doggi was in, where he was one of the most loyal, active and appreciated by the community admin, served for two years and then notified the HQ of his inactivity due to problems he had IRL, and then he finds out he's discharge and has "Uncapable" marked on his face, you would say exactly what Doggi said. Out of the most things out there in the world, hypocracy is what i hate most.

I would not say that you should appreciate the effort that HQ has gone to on this, this is our job and we do not do it to receive the thanks of the community. This announcement is to inform the community as many will wonder why certain admins have been removed from their positions, your personal opinions about our actions are not my concern.

It is evident from your post that you do not actually know why Doggi was removed so I recommend you do not speculate.

In addition to what Kojak said in regards to your post Max, all admins who replied there, replied without knowledge of their future.
I mean, noone knows who's gonna stay and who's gonna be out. And our posts here do not matter, since the decisions had already been taken.
So right now, there are no admins "who managed to claim their title through the reformation". The decisions are to come in the following hours.

Doggi was removed beside the reformation, as far as I know. However, this is a thing that should stay between the HQ and Doggi only.
It's none of our business.

Guys, why are you making a big deal out of it? It is true that it has been years since the last SA:MP Administration reconstruction, but it's necessary for another one to keep the SA:MP Administration active & fresh in their guidance and enforcement of the rules for future generations.

To those who has been 'fired', you shouldn't take it personally... think of it as another lesson in your time on Argonath to improve yourself. I've noticed in the last reconstruction that 'some' admins showed their true faces who couldn't accept it and they benefited NONE from it. We simply have to trust the SA:MP management's guidance and judgment, especially our own leaders who have fought tooth & nail to keep the community alive for over 7 years. We should never question their judgement and understand their actions.

Please take the time to think carefully about this and understand the reasoning behind it, and support the decisions taken to ensure that things run smoothly instead of attacking them just simply because their decisions doesn't satisfy you. It happens, and we all have to endure it.

The admin reform is now complete, so now a warning. The last time we did this in 2009 we had reports of ex-admins being taunted for being removed; anyone who is found to be doing that will be banned.
