I belive that they do not simply make people managers on request.

Really? I'm playing mostly at nights around 1-7 am and there isn't that many rulebreaking.. I actually enjoy relaxing and chatting in Public Chat and I don't hear any moaning about rulebreaking or anything.

No but I notice more rulebreaks at night when no admins on and available (flaming ramming hacking )
