Also, only SR1 was really a blatant GTA clone. SR2 was already on it's way to fabulous ridiculousness. The other two just took it further and further.

Do you dislike fun?

Both of those games were miles ahead of GTA4, as was SR2.
The only other open world driving kinda game I've played is Sleeping Dogs and anything is better than that piece of shit so it's not really a fair comparison to compare it to a masterpiece like SR4.

You may think the game is fun, but it's not fun for everyone.  So no, I don't dislike fun. I loved Saints Row 2, but the last two aren't even close to the quality of that game. Here's a list of a few things I don't like about the last two games (Trust me, these are only a couple of them):

• Steelport is bland and boring compared to Stilwater
• There is less character customization compared to the first two games, especially in the clothes section
• The game's graphics look bad, they are dated
• The jokes are a bit childish, especially in Saints Row: The Third
• The story isn't interesting anymore, it's just a way to intruduce all the silly stuff
• There is no multiplayer anymore, only co-op

Fair enough, for me the game plays like an angel with all the new features (particularly 4) and some of the moments in 3 and 4 were just something really special. True enough there is less customization options but I think there's still quite a lot.
I wouldn't say the graphics were bad really, they look fine to me and I run it on really low. Also I guess I'll kinda agree with you on the story, SR2 had a really great one.

Whats with zombies and aliens? And I was comparing it to the character customization of Saints row (2), not that of Grand Theft Auto IV. And I never said graphics were that important, but it's still a downside. And yes, Rockstar also makes sex jokes sometimes. But those are not even close to the amount of sex jokes they made in the last two Saints Row games. The last two Saints Row games also made the sex jokes one of the main elements of the game, story elements revolve around it. Rockstar never did that, they just made a few references. And once again, I was comparing it to Saints Row (2), not to the Grand Theft Auto series. And as I said, they just made that story to introduce the silly stuff: The super powers, and the analy molesting aliens. And I didn't say it wasn't interesting, it just wasn't as good and well written as the story of the first two games, so it dissapointed me.
