The Stetchkov

Evgenij Stetchkov was a great mastermind in the dark criminal underground world in the ex.Soviet Union during 1954. It was the time when nobody was safe, even the highest ranking politicians and the greatest minds of the Soviet Union. Stetchkov has planted the seeds of fear in the eyes of even the toughest ones. The syndicate did variety of things, robbed banks, took hits, smuggled weapons from the west into the Soviet Union, but it mostly used drug business as their front. He had whole Moscow on his payroll. If anyone from the law enforcement would even try to lift a finger against him, KGB would immediatly silence all leads.. Case closed, lack of evidence.

The Rise and the Fall

Even though Stetchkov has risen to power by terrorizing the union, everyone knew that as long as they dont get in his way, they have nothing to fear about. In fact, Stetchkov would help out those who would help him, never turn his back for those who seek his help or advice, but not a lot of these who have betrayed him, survived. Stetchkovs empire lasted until 1965 when a new head of the KGB has came into power in the USSR. He started pressuring Stetchkov and his money lost influence in politics. He was forced out of smaller parts of the union, such as Lithuanian SSR and Ukrainian SSR and operated only in Moscow as a small time criminal.

The downfall of the Soviet Union - beggining of a new era.

After the USSR has collapsed, Stetchkov immediatly started to loose his power. The local militia has shut down their business one after another and started to arrest their members from all over the country. Chaos broke out in the syndicate and it has parted into two sides - ones who opposed Stetchkov for not being able to sort this out, and the loyal ones, who stood by Stetchkov. This has only weakened the syndicate even more and they have agreed that no-one can win this war and has re-united. Stetchkov learned that he has to bring reforms into the syndicate, otherwise it will very quickly come to an end and he will have to do time and plenty of it. Such a plan needed time, but his soldiers were impatient.. His own son, Vladimir Lem, has kidnapped him and shot him dead somewhere in the open fields of Pskov province. The son has taken over the control. Everyone has agreed to his opinion, that they have to move out of Russia and find a new place to operate in the west. This is where he discovered San Andreas.

San Andreas - a new start

The Stetchkov Syndicate has settled somewhere in Los Santos and started to operate queitly, taking over the drugs web of the city. They don't drive expensive cars, neither they wear expensive suits, but don't get mistaken - they're ruthless killers thirsty for blood. Better don't cross their path or they'll come after you...

Syndicate rules:

1. No mafia hopping, we want only loyal members.
2. No happy trigger DM'ers. We're a roleplay gang. Never prefer your gun over roleplay.
3. Roleplay as much as possible and when possible.
4. Do not provoke, shoot or attack other mafias and their members without a proper reason and permission from the Boss.
5. Come up with a nice Russian name for your roleplay character.
6. Knowing or being a Russian isn't a requirement, however, you should know a few Russian taunts and phrases for roleplay situations.
7. Respect your comrades in arms.
8. Do not break the rules of the server.
9. Don't cause or part-take in DM fests.
10. Show no mercy for your enemies, but deliver prosperity to those, who help you.
11. Never compromise the syndicate or its' members.
