You mentioned shootings like Norway. Guns are not easy to get in Norway. He prepared the attack intensely. Also are you seriously comparing hatchets to automatic assault rifles, pistols and so on? lol.

Your logic contradicts itself. "Guns are not easy to get in Norway" yet it still happened. "The stereotype will go on as long as guns are so easy to come by." If guns are so hard to get in Norway then how did something so tragic happen? Surely banning guns in the US will stop gun crime outright.

Tragedy's like this one will continue to occur regardless of how easy guns are to obtain. There will always be guns, and criminals will always find a way to get one. Making guns harder to get only hurts law abiding citizens who keep arms to defend themselves and their family's. Look at Chicago and New York, the two cities with the strictest gun laws have the highest gun crimes in the nation, why? Because criminals know that they are much less likely to encounter resistance when carrying out crimes in these "gun free zones".

I don't blame anyone on this forum for their opinions or views you are all entitled to believe what you wish, most countries have flat out bans on any types of firearms which most of you are accustomed  to and raised to believe is for the better good. Americans take much pride in their Constitution and Bill of Rights. I am a proud and responsible owner of several firearms, and I carry a firearm on my person day in and day out.  Any average idiot with money can get an illegal gun VERY easily in America. You know why this is? We have a lot of street gangs, cartels, even mafias. Other countries do not have nearly the amount of gangs we do. We can't stop the gangs and therefore can't stop the drug trade nor the gun trade. Until you realize America is FAR different than any other country, your points will always be invalid.

Actually, there is no real way to define such a 'monkey'.
Psychology has proved that given the right circumstances, you could of also shot that baby in the face.

The big thing that people need to understand is that it is not the personality of the man but the environment.
This is contributed to a lot of factors, from his parents to his friends to his High school experience. The treating from the surrounding, and even the temperature.
He didnt just wake up one day with murder on his mind, it attributed into him a long while.
