We asked nicely for 5 months. Result is server being online but not accessible since it freezes players before spawnscreen due to script failure.

After some spring cleaning, I have cleaned out the posts which warranted the forum bans, warns and other punishments (mostly by administrators and old players).

We understand your frustration - we are all experiencing the same issues here. As you keep saying, we are one community.

There's been problems with SA:MP and all the other servers whose managers didn't move the server host until the problem was resolved. Indeed, now there are still access problems. We've all tried to contact Gandalf and those needed, and we're all waiting for a reply. So once again, it's not just you who's experiencing the problems.

TeamSpeak, Radio, Stunt and Flight Simulator have all moved to external hosts. You may ask "Why should we host the server if this is Argonath?". Those asking that question do not have the first idea about the community. We are a community and we do what we do because of a love of the community, even to the point of paying for a server. To be able to serve the vast number of players we do together every second, minute and hour of the day is something that is worth it.

While it's frustrating that your server is temporarily unavailable, resorting to the behaviour in this topic is not acceptable. I don't care if you were "provoked" or not. The simple way is to report and ignore. The worst fact about the whole thing is the number of staff members punished. Frustration is not a 'get out of jail free card' to do whatever you like without punishment. Continued behaviour will see temp-bans made permanent and warnings escalated.

Air your opinions, but know that flaming and other similar behaviour will not be tolerated.
