4 years old kid ripped off by communitary dogs in Bucharest, Romania

   Few days ago, a 4 years old kid, named Ionut, was walking in a central park in Bucharest with his 6 years old brother and his grandmother. They were playing in a little complex with slides and swingers etc. when a group of communitary dogs attacked them. The grandmother ran away, the 6 years old kid was caught by one of his legs but he managed to escape, but the little one had his arms and feet eaten, like he was a pray in the wild.
   The local police forces were rapidly announced and a helicopter with sharpshooters and a group of SRI and Jandarmi ( some romanian SWATlike divisions ) attempted to kill the dogs. A huge APC rammed straight into them, then the gunners killed them with several headshots and heart shots. Some of their legs were also thrown away by the force of the bullets. Afterwards, the team started to empty rounds of AK-74, 30 each into the dogs to be sure they are dead (and maybe as a revenge). The little park complex was shortly afterwards full of blood. The kids head was found today, but a dog was eating it already, source confirmed by the Romanian Internal Affairs *video*:

   After this tragedy, hundreas of people came to lay flowers on the place where the little kid died.
   The government has no reply about this situation...

I don't understand why so much noise about this. There are even more serious things to be solved than some dogs roaming the streets. Like tax evasion, the old people's pension, people that can't live one month after another because they can't afford food, our salaries that compared to other European countries are not small, but very small, gold resources being given away for shit prices.

And I believe the law that says all stray dogs, that are not adopted after 14 working days from the day they are caught, to be euthanized is good enough for now untill the number of stray dogs decreases to a safe number.

Oh, and the story you wrote is a big lie, there weren't any helicopters with sharpshooters, huge APCs that rammed into the dogs or anything like that. There were only some normal cops that caught 6 dogs

No, I'm just considering the fact that Romania isn't exactly the richest country in Europe and would likely not have helicopters with sharpshooters flying round looking to shoot a dog, I did not mention my country in this topic, but yes I'm extremely patriotic and do love to brag about the UK's past and present, thought I won't do it just to provoke someone else as that is just stupid.
