You say that you haven't played during RS5. All accounts were wiped with the arrival of RS5, so if you haven't made new one at RS5 server, then just create a new account.

I have performed all due checks with no positive outcome, therefore I assume you have not created an account since RS5 has been implemented.
You will be granted to create a new account. Once done, please, let us know that you have created it.

What have you lost?:i Just joined New Family , and admin gave me Free Name Then , I Re log , when I join with Top. , it says Register, when i do it Topy_LucianoT , it says register too

Before 2  Hours when the account wont Join , i did new account with Topy_LucainoT, to ask Admin IG , why Topy.

Note: My SAMP Launcher says I am already on the server. But im not. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the the Launcher. I have deleted Argo from my favourites and re-added it.

When I try to connect it comes up connecting to server. then Server closed the connection.

He's my irl friend and he tried to login via Panel and he has forgotten his password, what he needs is password now nothing else

That's a server issue, and it's for everyone. Wait for the server to get fixed and you will be able to login.
