Not bugged. It's a problem related to your Internet connections being less than optimal. We've made some adjustments in efforts to mitigate this.

look, my First account in argonath is Lamar_Luciano , and i didn't played samp for 1 month because my PC was Broke, i created a new account because i forgot my Old account (Lamar_LucianoT) , and started game from the begining with Cyril_Bruce, after 2 days i got 100k $ in Cyril_Bruce
and i remembered my old account (Lamar_LucianoT) and started to play with it and it worked but not have passport,License,Money.

but the Creatation Date not Reseted i.

i just want 1 thing:

to Transfer my Money in my new account (Cyril_Bruce) to my Old one (Lamar_LucianoT) .. they are 100k+ and 110-.

That's not our problem you made a new account because you forgot the password on your first account, should have contacted a manager+ to fix it.  We won't be moving money from one account to another, don't even try access it again to move it yourself else both accounts will end up banned.
